2.  What is Place Gifts.com?

GiftPlace.com is an online gift certificate site for your favorite local businesses: restaurants, boutiques, spas
and other local shop. Our gift certificates are delivered instantly or per your scheduled date by email to you and or your recipient..

 

3.  How doe it work?

Once you’ve selected a place we will instantly or per your scheduled date email your recipient the gift certificate.
The order information will also show up in your account and you will also be emailed a confirmation.

 

4.  Are there any fees involved?

No! We are a completely free service!

 

5.  Do the gift certificates expire?

No, there are no expiration dates with GiftPlace.com Gift Certificates.

 

6.  How will my gift certificates be shipped?

We’ll email your recipient the gift certificate instantly or you can indicate a specific date: their birthday, the day before Christmas, etc.

 

7.  Can I track my orders?

We keep track of everything you purchase. Just check out your account page and you will see a list of the orders and date of your purchases.

 

8.  What is your refund policy?

If there was an error in your purchase please email us at service@giftplace.com

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds and all sales are final. Once we receive funds

from a purchase they are immediately delivered to the local business.

 

9.  Is this secure? I’M not sure about giving out my information online.

Yes, our payment system is secured through SSL technology.

 

10.  If I give you my email will you spam me?

No, the email of our newsletter is only if you request it.

 

11.  Do you sell my personal information?

No! we’ll keep your information safe and sound.

 

12.  Is there a minimum amount per gift certificate?

That depends on the establishment. Each place will have indicated requirements.

 

13.  How do I purchase more than one certificate?

Just click and add! You can always adjust amounts in your “Shopping Cart” if you want to think about it for a bit.

 

14.  Will I be able to send my recipient a message with the gift certifcate?

Yes. It’s not required though, so don’t stress if you’re not the creative message type of person. It’s just there
in case you want to go above and beyond with your thoughtfulness and personalize a message to your recipient.

 

15.  How do I get a receipt for my Purchase?

You entire purchase history is saved in your personal account.

 

16.  I’m late and I need my gift sent ASAP.

Ah, no worries! We’ve all been there, which is one of the reasons why we set up this website in the first place!
Just log in and do your thing. After the confirmation is sent over, we promise to send your gift certificate to
your inbox (or theirs) within minutes. Piece of cake!

 

17.  My favorite place is not listed here. How come?
